Brandit M65 Standard RipStop Jacket - Olive

I rate the jacket positively – it has big pockets and practical Velcros on the sleeves and collar. It comes with a warm removable lining, which you can take out on warmer days, making the jacket light and suitable for spring. Personally, I would prefer a darker shade of green, but that's just a matter of taste.

This is my first Brandit M65 Standard jacket. I chose black because I couldn’t find olive in XL size, and I also found it on promotion. The jacket is well made, and the Rip-Stop material is really great. The pockets are very spacious. I tested it during 30 minutes of rain and it didn’t get soaked, although of course, in longer rainfall it might start to get damp. I am 185 cm tall, 98 cm waist and medium build – XL is ideal for me, it fits well, it’s neither too loose nor too tight. With the lining, the jacket is looser, and I still had a fleece underneath. Without the lining, it is even more free. The jacket keeps you warm and protects well from the wind. I recommend this model to everyone who likes the military style.

I am 175 cm tall and have a 104 cm chest – I chose size M. There could be a bit more room under the arms. The sleeves fit perfectly for my long arms. The jacket is very well made for a city style and the Rip-Stop material works great. The hood can be rolled into the collar, which makes it stand out among other M65s, where usually the hood falls on the back. The external pockets are on clips. Overall, a very successful purchase, definitely better quality than SURPLUS. However, you need to remember that it is not a rain jacket.

The jacket fits perfectly, I don't look bulky in it, it keeps you warm, and thanks to the rip-stop, it feels incredibly durable. A bit less comfortable for driving, but ideal for walks in the area. The price is also very attractive. I'm 180 cm tall and weigh 96 kg, I wear size L.

Very good, timeless jacket. Unfortunately, because of my 'tactical' belly, it's quite fitted at the waist. It really does have broad shoulders, so a bigger size would be too loose for me. If you have a normal figure or only a slight belly, you'll definitely be satisfied.

This is my second M65 jacket, but the first one made of RIP-STOP material. I previously had trousers made of this material, and now the jacket is also excellent. The fabric is resistant to dirt, tears, and light rain. The jacket is very comfortable and, with the liner, provides warmth (in autumn you can also wear a fleece under it). It has a classic cut and accurate sizing, lots of practical pockets, and a high, warm collar with a hood inside. Due to its classic look, durable material, and affordable price, I definitely recommend it.

The Brandit M65 all-year jacket is an exceptional product that will work well even for very demanding users. The sizes match the table, making it easy to fit the jacket to your figure, which greatly affects wearing comfort. The outer layer made of cotton and polyester with additional Rip-Stop fibre ensures durability and moisture resistance, while the liner allows all-year-round use. Four spacious pockets are very practical, holding all the necessary items. Adjustable cuffs and waist drawcords effectively protect against the cold, and the hidden hood is useful during changeable weather. The jacket is comfortable and looks good, and details like epaulettes or the covered zip emphasise its style. I can honestly recommend it!

The product is well made and the materials are durable. Brandit has not disappointed me again. This time, I chose a different colour than usual—not black or green. The price is also very competitive.

The quality of workmanship and materials used are really at a high level. This is a lighter and cheaper version of this model. Unfortunately, I did not grow fond of this colour, although it may be suitable for someone else. In reality, the shade is a bit darker than in the photo.

The jacket presents very high quality, the material is much better than in the classic or giant models, as it does not attract dust or lint. The lining is thinner, but I still think it is superior in quality to the sheepskin coats from other models. I miss having side hand pockets and an internal pocket for my phone. It would be great if the pockets had zips instead of press studs, although these are minor things and can be modified, especially as there are no zips in the other models either. The black colour is nice, it has a lighter shade than deep black. The biggest challenge is choosing the size – if you have a typical build, you shouldn’t pick a smaller one. I usually wear XL, and here the L fitted perfectly. The jacket is suitable for many seasons, and it works best at temperatures from 12 to -10 degrees.

Classic military style at an affordable price. A good option if you want to find out whether this kind of cut will suit you. The jacket is well made, and an additional advantage is the detachable lining.
