The panoramic lenses are made of 2.3 mm thick polycarbonate, characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and impacts. The curved Curve 8 design increases the field of view and improves side eye protection, without the need for a full frame. The glasses have a Platinum Lite coating, which increases the lenses' resistance to fogging and scratches, improving comfort in changing environmental conditions, especially with high humidity or frequent temperature changes.

The frame is made from a combination of TPR (thermoplastic rubber) and damage-resistant polycarbonate. Advanced technologies ensure that the frames have a low weight of 32 g, while being durable and comfortable to wear. 32% of the materials used in the frame construction are recycled.
The RUSH 2.0 model features textured temples and a flexible nose piece, which increases stability during use. Wide hinges allow better adaptation of the glasses to various face shapes and reduce pressure points from long-term wear.
