Blackfire 16x50 Military Binoculars

The binoculars are very light and comfortable to use. The image is clear and bright. At a distance of 300–400 metres, the visibility is very good, though it's a bit harder to keep stable, and the image sometimes shakes slightly. They are absolutely sufficient for observing animals in the forest. Even in worse weather, I managed to look at the moon – the result was quite good, although not amazing. I am satisfied, I recommend it.

I have no comments, everything is fine, and the binoculars seem solid. What surprised me most was the express delivery—less than 16 hours from placing the order. Very satisfied with the purchase.

A reliable pair of binoculars at a reasonable price. The focus adjustment is intuitive. It's quite heavy, but that's because the optics themselves are weighty. It's something to consider when planning space in your backpack.

Excellent binoculars. They provide high magnification and a bright, clear image. Despite appearances, they're not heavy. The lower lens caps are attached to the binoculars, and the upper one, shared for both eyepieces, is attached to the neck strap. At this price, it really is a good choice. I recommend it.

The lenses zoom in and sharpen the image excellently, and the anti-slip coating prevents accidental dropping, even in tough conditions!

I'm very satisfied with this equipment. The magnification is excellent, and the image is quite bright. Looking at the Moon is fantastic, as are observing stars, nebulae and aeroplanes. These binoculars are better than models from Vanguard or the Soviet Sotema. I recommend buying a tripod or monopod for astronomical observation, it really makes using them easier.

I'm not a binocular specialist, but this one fully meets my requirements: bright image, decent magnification and it seems solid and resistant to damage while still being lightweight. The only downside is the lack of a second mount for the cover – there's only one.

Nice binoculars – the image is exceptionally sharp. In partial day shade, you can see screws on a wall from 20 metres away and identify the proper screwdriver. I haven't tested it at night or in full sunshine yet.

This is definitely a good pair of binoculars, the Blackfire 16x50. I also have the older Observer 20x35 model and I feel the magnification on the Blackfire is better right from the start. I'm very positively surprised, the image is bright and clear, and the ergonomics are faultless. I do have two minor comments: the neoprene case is a bit small, making it difficult to take the binoculars out quickly, but you can put them in backwards; the second minus is the twisted strap on the case, but that was easily fixed. On the plus side – very fast delivery and a hassle-free transaction.

I recommend the 16x50 binoculars. I previously had a 15x70 and honestly, the 16x50 is very similar. You can see planes in the sky perfectly, which is exactly what I wanted. The binoculars are light and handy, I recommend them to anyone looking for equipment for plane spotting.

As I wrote in my review of the 10x50 binoculars, I bought the 16x50 version. The magnification really is better, although maybe not a full 16x. The image is a bit darker, so it works better during the day and is worse at dusk. With the higher magnification, you need to set the focus more precisely. The binoculars are very solidly made. Now I have both models, 10x50 and 16x50, and both are great. At this price, each of them is an excellent choice – the decision is yours.
