Great insoles. I had no previous experience, so I trusted the reviews on Military, and it turned out that Bennon insoles were an excellent choice. Two years ago I suffered a serious foot injury and had to learn to walk again. Before going to the mountains I bought these insoles and they worked perfectly. Now, I have bought a smaller size for my daughter, who is very active. I should add that the insoles I have been using constantly for two years are slightly worn, but still in good condition. I decided to buy another pair so I don't have to swap insoles between shoes. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Durable insoles that are worth their price. I use them both in regular shoes and combat boots, and they always perform well. They have protected my feet many times during long marches over 15 km with a heavy load.

Great insoles, after a year of use at work I have no complaints. They are really worth their price. When these wear out, I will definitely buy another pair because the comfort is worth it.

The insoles are good. Personally, I would prefer them to be a bit thinner and with less intense cushioning, but I am satisfied nonetheless. I used them during marches with a backpack for distances over 20 km. I eventually replaced them with another model, but I still recommend these insoles as worth buying.

This is yet another time I’ve decided to buy these insoles. Previously I used them in Lowa Zephyr boots, where I got very painful blisters. After switching to these gel insoles, all discomfort disappeared. Whether in the mountains or on the training ground, I move around without any problems. I definitely recommend them!

The insoles are very comfortable, provide good cushioning, and conceal minor imperfections inside the shoe. I had problems with foot pain caused by irregularities under the previous insole in one of my favourite shoes. After replacing them with these insoles, walking became much more pleasant. Now I feel comfort and softness, I don't feel any pain, nor do I have any problems with sweaty feet. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I also bought these insoles for my son and he is also satisfied. I highly recommend this product and the military shop.

Unfortunately, tempted by positive reviews, I decided to buy the insoles. However, this model does not suit my walking style. The gel insert is too small and does not cover the area where the heel meets the ground. In my case, this resulted in blisters on both heels where the gel oval ends. The edge of the gel turns out to be too hard and causes irritation. I trust this company because I own two pairs of their shoes.

The insoles are very comfortable, I will definitely buy them again and I can recommend them with a clear conscience. I use them in Solognac shoes and walk between 10 and 20 km a day. I ordered size 44 – the insoles fit perfectly in shoes of the same size. In my case, they adapted quite quickly to the shape of my foot, probably due to the large number of kilometres covered. No problems with the product whatsoever.

For the first three days, you can feel the gel insole under your foot, but then this sensation disappears and walking in the shoes becomes incredibly comfortable! It’s a great insole for military and trekking boots. I’ve installed it in my Lowa MK2 GTX boots.

In my opinion, they are terrible. Because of that round gel part on the heel, I felt like I had a casino chip in my shoe. After walking a few hundred metres I got annoyed and took the insoles out of my shoes.
