Bennon Suprema insoles

This is yet another time I’ve decided to buy these insoles. Previously I used them in Lowa Zephyr boots, where I got very painful blisters. After switching to these gel insoles, all discomfort disappeared. Whether in the mountains or on the training ground, I move around without any problems. I definitely recommend them!

The insoles are very comfortable, provide good cushioning, and conceal minor imperfections inside the shoe. I had problems with foot pain caused by irregularities under the previous insole in one of my favourite shoes. After replacing them with these insoles, walking became much more pleasant. Now I feel comfort and softness, I don't feel any pain, nor do I have any problems with sweaty feet. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Unfortunately, tempted by positive reviews, I decided to buy the insoles. However, this model does not suit my walking style. The gel insert is too small and does not cover the area where the heel meets the ground. In my case, this resulted in blisters on both heels where the gel oval ends. The edge of the gel turns out to be too hard and causes irritation. I trust this company because I own two pairs of their shoes.

The insoles are very comfortable, I will definitely buy them again and I can recommend them with a clear conscience. I use them in Solognac shoes and walk between 10 and 20 km a day. I ordered size 44 – the insoles fit perfectly in shoes of the same size. In my case, they adapted quite quickly to the shape of my foot, probably due to the large number of kilometres covered. No problems with the product whatsoever.

For the first three days, you can feel the gel insole under your foot, but then this sensation disappears and walking in the shoes becomes incredibly comfortable! It’s a great insole for military and trekking boots. I’ve installed it in my Lowa MK2 GTX boots.

In my opinion, they are terrible. Because of that round gel part on the heel, I felt like I had a casino chip in my shoe. After walking a few hundred metres I got annoyed and took the insoles out of my shoes.

Bennon Suprema insoles are an excellent choice for those who value comfort and foot support. They adapt well to the shape, absorb shocks and provide all-day comfort. Ideal for both work and everyday shoes. I recommend them to anyone looking for solid insoles.

Encouraged by a friend's opinion, I bought a pair to test for everyday running. At first I felt a strange sensation under my heel, but over time it turned out the insoles pleasantly massage the heel. After an hour of running I was surprised, because my foot wasn't tired at all and didn't slip in the shoe – moisture seems to be wicked away much better than with the original insoles.

I bought these insoles based on many positive reviews from other users. I tested them in work boots, which I wear for long hours at work. They performed excellently – my feet get less tired than with the original insoles, cushioning is superb, and durability is great – after a year there's no visible damage.

I've lost count of how many times I've bought these insoles and I keep ordering more – I put them in every new pair of shoes and replace them in used ones. They're extremely comfortable to walk in, I've already recommended them to my colleagues at work, who are also satisfied. Highly recommend!

Very good insoles for shoes, very comfortable. They wick away moisture very well, making trips to the forest more enjoyable. I plan to buy more for additional pairs. I recommend them to everyone.

The product is fine, size 44 fits my shoes perfectly. I bought them for Lowa Zephyr GTX MID TF because after walking 60 km in those boots, I felt the original insoles offered almost no cushioning.
