A robust multitool in a compact size, equipped with 16 tools, such as spring-loaded pliers with a replaceable wire cutter, a knife, a saw and a cutting hook. A durable polyester sheath is included. The Badger Outdoor Solid multitool is suitable for everyday tasks, minor repairs and outdoor activities, such as camping in wooded areas. Badger Outdoor models are covered by a 10-year warranty.
Made of stainless steel, protected with an anti-corrosion coating
The blade and scissors are made of high-quality 440A stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57 HRC, while the other tools and the handle are made of 420J1 steel with a hardness of 45-48 HRC. All components have been hardened, which contributes to their optimal performance properties. The entire tool is coated with a Flat Dark Earth finish that protects against corrosion and reduces glare.
Equipped with solid locks: Liner Lock and Back Lock
All multitool tools are secured with a lock that improves user safety. Key components, such as the knife, spring-loaded scissors, saw and file, are locked with the Liner Lock mechanism. The remaining tools are secured by the Back Lock mechanism. The blade can be opened using the thumb hole, allowing one-handed operation.
The spring clip on the handle allows the multitool to be conveniently attached to a belt or pocket edge, ensuring comfortable everyday carry.

440A
440A steel is a martensitic stainless steel from the 440 series, characterized by a carbon content of 0.6-0.75%. It is a steel with relatively lower hardness compared to 440B and 440C, reaching a hardness in the range of 55-57 HRC, which ensures good sharpness and resistance to chipping. The chromium content (16-18%) guarantees good corrosion resistance, especially in humid conditions. 440A steel also contains molybdenum (up to 0.75%), which increases wear resistance and improves structural stability during hardening. Manganese and silicon additives (up to 1%) improve the hardenability and strength of the material, while low phosphorus and sulfur content reduces brittleness. 440A steel is a popular choice for mid-range knives such as kitchen knives, folding knives, and EDC knives. Realistically, I’d rate it 3.5, but that option isn’t available. On the plus side: the overall build is solid, the components fit well, and all the cutting parts are genuinely sharp. The standard blade, however, isn’t quite sharp enough to cut something just by placing it against a surface. The scissors and pliers work very well and have a nice spring-loaded mechanism. On the downside: the tools hidden in the handle have to be opened manually, so you need to prise them out with a fingernail, which is inconvenient and difficult. The set includes bits, but they are exactly the same ones that are already in the tool — three flathead and one Phillips. Additionally, the included case was not designed to hold both the device and the bits at the same time, although you can somehow cram them in. Overall, it’s a good tool, but pulling out the individual elements can be tiring, especially when you need something immediately.

In my opinion, this is a very good multitool, especially considering the quality-to-price ratio. The materials used for production are good enough for everyday use, and the additional bits can definitely come in handy. I would only prefer if the case could easily hold these bits. It's also nice to support Polish companies and choose products from our country. Admittedly, the whole thing was made in China, but nowadays it's hard to find something made elsewhere. I believe that soon the production of parts will return to Poland and Europe, as there are already hints of this happening. The most important thing is that the design comes from Poland. I definitely recommend it!
