In practice, however, to eat everything in one day, you would have to be very physically active. The food, characteristic of Arpol, is tasty and filling, and the menu is varied. A full-day ration designed for one person. Consists of three wholesome meals. Each is individually packaged in a waterproof bag made of sealed LDPE film.
