In practice, however, in order to eat everything in a single day, you would have to be very physically active. The food, typical for Arpol, is tasty and filling, and the menu is varied. A complete daily food ration designed for one individual. It includes three nutritious meals. Each meal is separately packaged in a waterproof bag made from heat-sealed LDPE film.
