I took this food ration with me for a full-day trip and was pleasantly surprised. The portions are really big, the food is filling, and everything is robustly packed. A big advantage is the heater – the possibility of having a hot meal outside the home is a great benefit.

I bought it to try and I must admit that for a ready-made ration, it's really decent. The portion is filling, you can eat well, and the taste is pleasantly surprising, especially in tougher conditions. A great option for a trip, camping, or as an emergency supply.

This ration pack leaves a lot to be desired in many respects: 1. The meals are lacking in ingredients, especially meat, and they also contain a lot of palm oil and flavour enhancers. They are not tasty either. 2. The chemical heater releases an intense, unpleasant smell when activated – I do not recommend using it in an enclosed space. 3. There is no paper bag, which according to the instructions should be included with the set for heating food. 4. The water bag for activating the heater has a capacity of only 60 ml, while proper heating requires 100 ml. 5. The set includes only two hot meals, whereas competing rations have three. 6. The set has not been optimised for weight – it is too heavy.

Military-civilian food ration intended for one day. Maybe a tired soldier after a whole day of exercises would eat it all in one day, but for a tourist it will probably be too much. For me, such an amount of food lasts about one and a half days. The dishes are tasty and filling. I recommend both the product and the Militaria.pl shop.
