Armytek Zippy WUV USB-C Torch Grey - 140 lumens

The torch in a grey colour is equipped with LEDs that emit 2 types of light – white and UV. The design is intended for EDC equipment for everyday use as well as for outdoor applications. Its compact size and light weight of 22 g make it comfortable to carry in a pocket or attached to keys, a backpack or clothing.

The device produces a wide diffused beam of light, ideal for illuminating your immediate surroundings without the need for a focused beam. Two LEDs expand the range of uses – from classic area lighting to checking the authenticity of banknotes with watermarks or fluorescent features.

The body is made of a translucent material with a matte finish. The ergonomic body shape with pronounced indentations improves grip, making the torch easy to operate even when wearing gloves.

A centrally positioned control button remains easy to access, allowing intuitive switching between modes. This model meets the high waterproof standard of IP67 (protected when submerged up to 1 metre for 30 minutes). It’s also resistant to falls from up to 2 metres.

At the lower end of the body there is a metal ring allowing the torch to be used as a keyring for keys or attached to a lanyard. It serves as a permanent, lightweight and practical part of your EDC. The wide, detachable clip enables stable mounting of the device to a pocket, belt, backpack or other kit elements.

Equipped with an optical system based on 2 LEDs, it provides white and UV light. This setup produces a beam of about 115 degrees, delivering even illumination at short distances.

The translucent body also acts as a light diffuser, so the torch emits light through the housing as well, effectively illuminating your surroundings. A handy sliding switch allows quick selection of the mode and type of light.

The power source is a built-in Li-Pol battery with a capacity of 160 mAh, delivering stable operation. Charging is via USB-C, allowing connection to a power bank, computer or mains charger. The device can operate while charging.

The torch features a power level indicator for the battery, enabling you to check the charge status quickly without connecting to a power source. This function is activated by holding the button while the device is off.

Once the button is released, the LED gives a series of short flashes to show the current battery level:

• 1 flash – below 25%
• 2 flashes – below 50%
• 3 flashes – below 75%
• 4 flashes – up to 100%

This solution allows you to constantly monitor the battery level and plan charging accordingly, which is especially important in the field or in situations requiring your equipment to be fully ready.
