AnySharp sharpening plates

It's really good that you can replace these plates because the sharpener itself is excellent. I have the more expensive Pro version and I recommend it to everyone.

I've been using the AnySharp sharpener for two years. It's great and easy to use, I no longer have to sharpen everyone's knives in the kitchen ;) However, the blades do need replacing from time to time and only the originals work. I recommend it!
