AnySharp sharpening plates

It's really good that you can replace these plates, because the sharpener itself is excellent. I have the more expensive Pro version and I recommend it to everyone.

I've been using the AnySharp sharpener for two years. It's great and easy to use, I don't have to sharpen all the knives in the kitchen anymore ;) The blades do need to be replaced from time to time though, and only the originals work well. I recommend!
