I find that these trousers in size M are large for a 38; I have to adjust the Velcro on the waistband to the smallest size. The DWR waterproofing doesn't really work, especially at the bottom of the trousers. The cut of the trousers is very good, and the adjustment at the bottom is well thought out. Apart from that, you feel very comfortable in these trousers. I recommend them, especially for the price I paid.

Durable and breathable construction
Rip-Stop reinforcements placed in key areas provide high resistance to mechanical damage, while the DWR hydrophobic coating effectively protects the fabric from water and dirt. Ventilation panels on the thighs with two-way zippers allow precise control of air circulation.
Functionality
The Pular model features an integrated hook-and-loop belt, allowing easy waist adjustment without the need for a traditional belt. At the bottom of the legs, there are three snap buttons that enable width adjustment.
Anatomically shaped and reinforced knees improve the range of motion, while a hook at the end of the legs allows the fabric to be attached to the shoelaces. The trousers include four pockets, two of which are secured with SBS zippers.
An internal loop makes it easier to hang the trousers on a hook or hanger, and a reflective element enhances visibility and safety after dark.

The materials used for production are really high quality. The design of the trousers is perfectly thought out, and I especially appreciate the pocket for protectors at the knees. The trousers are extremely comfortable to wear. I'm curious how they will perform during winter and heavy rain. For now, I can confidently recommend them.
