What to do if the shipment is damaged?
If you have received the shipment, but the packaging is damaged or torn, you suspect that items are missing, take a photo documentation first. Photos of the damaged shipment are the basis for filing a claim with the courier company. Then, inform us via email about the damaged shipment, attaching the photos taken.
