MAPA Camouflage - Polish Army Clothing and Tactical Gear

Camouflage is the art of blending in with your surroundings in such a way as to remain unnoticed. The use of camouflage in clothing is wide-ranging and works well wherever you want to avoid attracting attention. Although to the layman unrelated to the military it may seem that camouflage patterns are based on random stains, unevenly distributed on the garment, in fact at the design stage specialists in the industry precede the creation of camouflage with numerous studies and tests to create a pattern that will be able to fool the eye. Among the numerous camouflage patterns available on MILITARY.EU you will find an innovative proposal created by a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Maciej Dojlitko - the Polish MAPA camouflage. The camouflage has been well received on the Polish market, not least because it maximally adapts to the green areas found in Poland and the entire Central European continent, from later spring to autumn. The camouflage comes in three variants: MAPA A - a basic contrasting forest pattern, MAPA B - a basic subdued forest pattern, and a winter version. The basic forest variant is based on a system of 6 colors, where each is responsible for a different function. The colors were selected based on the analysis of photos of Polish forests, analyzed in terms of vegetation, so that the Polish MAPA camouflage mimics the effect of spatial perception of vegetation cover. The camouflage's most important distinguishing factors are based on the deformation of the masked silhouette by means of a macro pattern, color noise reproduced by means of a micro pattern, and strongly contrasting elements that imitate natural lights and shadows.

In this category you will find clothing and accessories that are not only distinguished by the distinctive MAPA camouflage, but above all by the innovative technologies the manufacturer uses in its clothing. We recommend durable camo uniform sweatshirts and military pants, useful, for example, during tactical training, whose material has been reinforced with Rip-Stop weave. This increases the resistance to tears and abrasions, so you can use your clothing longer and keep it in very good condition without signs of wear. Sweatshirt and pants made in the Polish camouflage MAPA are a good solution for colder days - they will provide the user with adequate thermal comfort, without restricting movement. These products are equipped with a number of practical pockets, which will prove useful when carrying small items. We also recommend lightweight military baseball caps, which are great for protecting the head and face from the sun's radiation. Baseball caps will work well for outdoor excursions all year round. Polish camouflage MAPA clothing is made from a combination of materials such as durable polyester and breathable cotton, so you end up with a pleasant-to-touch, durable product.
