One shoulder backpacks are one of the increasingly popular ways to carry our daily gear. Unlike regular shoulder bags, they have stiffer and shorter carrying straps, have their support in the back and do not rest on the hip. One shoulder backpack is a good solution for people who are looking for something different from a standard backpack, and are not quite convinced by regular bags. Due to the single carrying strap, the capacity of such backpacks usually does not exceed 10-12 liters. Larger capacities would no longer be comfortable for users once such a backpack is loaded. In order to achieve the weight distribution that is healthiest for the human spine, the straps for a single shoulder backpack are mounted diagonally.

One of the biggest advantages of one-shoulder backpacks is that you can quickly access the items you carry without having to pull the backpack off your back, just slide it under your hand. That's why these types of backpacks are often chosen by cyclists. An optional solution that manufacturers also use is a brace, which is equipped with a buckle that allows quick release of the carrying brace. One-shoulder backpacks will be especially appreciated by people who need to carry more small items that, for example, no longer fit into a regular kidney. It's a great buy for anyone who needs an intermediate solution that works for both urban and light off-road use.

When choosing a single-frame backpack, it is worth paying attention to the materials used in production. For those who require high durability, products made of Cordura, which, however, is a rather stiff and relatively heavy material, will work well. This is one of the most durable materials used in the production of bags, backpacks or just single-frame backpacks. When looking for such models, it is worth checking out models manufactured by Helikon-Tex or First Tactical. If we do not require our one shoulder backpack to be characterized by Cordura material, and high density polyester is enough for us, being at the same time a lighter material than Cordura, Texar or Pentagon products are sure to appeal to us.
