Wiley X is an American brand specialising in advanced protective eyewear, founded in 1987 by a US Army veteran. The company's products meet the strict ANSI Z87.1+ safety standards and MIL-PRF-32432 military standards, making them a reliable choice for special forces units around the world - including formations such as the FBI, SWAT and Poland's GROM. Wiley X eyewear is designed for work in extreme-risk conditions characteristic of combat operations and demanding terrain. Its durability and effectiveness have also been recognised in the film industry - they appeared, among others, in 'American Sniper' and the 'S.W.A.T.' series. The brand continues to expand its presence on the global market, and its European branch in Denmark is run by veterans of military missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Balkans.
