Viking Terve 2.0 Trekking Trekking Poles - Green

Trekking poles in a green colour with a 5-section design, convenient for packing and transport. When folded, they measure only 35 cm, so they take up little space in a rucksack, bag or luggage. They are suitable for mountain trekking, hiking and longer walks.

The lightweight, adjustable design allows the pole length to be matched to the user's height, the type of terrain and the current slope of the trail. The poles increase stability on ascents and descents, help relieve pressure on the knees and help maintain a steady walking pace.

The poles are made of 7075 aluminium, known for its favourable weight-to-strength ratio. The material handles loads well and offers resistance to mechanical damage that may occur during use in the field.

The diameters of the individual sections are 16/14/12 mm. One pole weighs approximately 240 g, so the set does not create excessive load during long walks.

The pole length is adjusted using the Fast-Lock. system. It allows the poles to be quickly unfolded, set to the desired length and the individual sections to be securely locked.

The 35-130 cm adjustment range allows the poles to be adapted to different situations:

• shorter setting for steep ascents
• longer setting for descents
• intermediate length for flat sections
• fully folded for transport

The Fast-Lock system reduces the time needed to prepare the poles for walking and makes it easier to change the settings in the field.

The grip is made of polypropylene and complemented with extended EVA foam. The contoured shape makes the pole easier to hold securely in the hand and provides stable support while walking. The EVA foam improves comfort during many hours of use. The extended grip zone allows you to hold the pole lower on steep ascents without having to change the length of the entire pole.

The poles are equipped with adjustable straps made from a combination of polyamide and flannel. They can be adjusted to the hand to provide a stable grip without excessive pressure. The straps reduce the need to grip the handle tightly and help keep the poles in the correct position while walking.

The replaceable tips are made of sintered carbide, which is characterised by abrasion resistance. They provide durable contact with the ground when moving over hard and uneven surfaces such as rocky trails, compacted soil or roots. The set includes baskets, tip covers and a transport cover.
