The build quality is excellent — the tool lock and the distinctive click make a great impression. Excellent steel, very precise workmanship, and you almost feel sorry to use it like an ordinary tool. For someone looking for a premium-segment multitool, this is a perfect choice. The only downside may be opening the tools, because it is not easy to do with one hand. If quick access to the blade using only one free hand matters, it is worth considering LM. If that is not important, Victorinox will be an excellent choice.

Exceptionally durable multitool, solid, functional, and very comfortable for everyday use. The finish is of the highest standard, as is typical for Victorinox. The pliers and wire cutter work perfectly. The casing is ergonomically designed, so even long use doesn’t tire your hand. The screwdrivers and scissors perform flawlessly, the wood saw cuts excellently, and the metal saw manages even hardened steel. Each tool is lockable, which further increases comfort of use, and the case is sturdy and well-finished. The Swisstool X is worth every penny, and no cheaper alternatives can compare. I wholeheartedly recommend Victorinox products.

Very high build quality, excellent materials, and functional tools. In my opinion, the only disadvantage is the lack of a practical clip that would allow you to carry the tool in your pocket – it would then be a much better choice than most competing products.

I bought it in another shop, probably 18 years ago now. This is equipment that is almost indestructible. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of a clip for conveniently attaching it to a pocket. I have a lot of affection for it.

Very solidly and precisely made tool. It works like a small toolbox you can always have at your belt.

I have been using this tool for over 5 years and it has never let me down. It's a bit heavy, but has a great set of functions. Leatherman (I had the Wave model) has similar quality, but Swiss offers more options. In addition, a nice case, locking tools, and comfortable work – although after long use it can press into your hand a bit, which you don't feel when wearing gloves. Of course, it won't replace a full toolbox, but in emergencies it does the job very well. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Top-class multitool! Typical Victorinox precision – everything is carefully crafted. All functions operate smoothly and have individual springs, which increases convenience. The casing is ergonomic, so your hand doesn't get tired even after long use. Swisstool X is far superior to cheap, poorly made tools from the lower shelves. Highly recommend.
