Flecktarn camouflage
Flecktarn is a traditional German military camouflage, formally introduced into use by the Bundeswehr in 1990. The pattern is based on small, irregular spots in five colours, usually dark green, olive, brown, black, and beige. By placing numerous dots and blurring the boundaries between colours, Flecktarn effectively deforms the contours of the user's silhouette, both in forest conditions and in thickets or against woodland litter. This camouflage was designed with European climate conditions in mind, especially in temperate zones. Flecktarn remains the standard pattern used by the German military and other military and police forces, and its effectiveness has led to the creation of many variants and adaptations in other countries.

A solid buckle, you can immediately see that it's not cheap plastic. It's easy to fasten and holds securely, it doesn't loosen by itself. I wear it on my belt every day and I have no complaints — it works flawlessly. Even after a long period of use, it still looks and functions just as well, so it should last a long time.
