Full-flavored, easy-to-prepare freeze-dried meal. Vegan couscous with vegetables packaged pr in a waterproof bag made of sealed foil. 

The measuring cup on the package allows you to measure the right amount of hot water needed to prepare a meal.

Components: couscous 58% (wholemeal wheat semolina), sunflower oil powder (contains milk, E551), vegetable mix in variable proportions 16,5% (peas, carrots, peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes), sunflower oil, spice mix (contains celery), maltodextrin, mushrooms, modified starch, salt, parsley, rosemary extract, natural flavor.

    All these products have a very similar taste for me – here, what stands out is the calorie content, which is almost perfect after 8 hours to satisfy hunger. However, the portion weighs 200g (I had the chicken version), so it's not the lightest option. I always pay attention to the calorie count, but before the trip I try different flavours and adjust the portions to achieve my goal. At the moment, despite the larger portion size, this option best satisfies a person weighing 85 kg.
