TigerWood Ważka V2 Long Pocket Green Ultralight Hammock with Mosquito Net

Ultralight travel hammock by TigerWood, measuring 350 x 150 cm. The Long version features an extended design compared to the classic V2 and offers comfortable use for individuals up to 190 cm tall. The integrated mosquito net with a two-way zip reliably protects against insects and bugs. The design allows a sleeping pad to be placed inside, which significantly increases thermal comfort during use.

Rip-Stop weave fabric

Manufactured from polyamide fabric in a Rip-Stop weave, offering high mechanical durability, lightness, and moisture resistance. The integrated mosquito net with a two-way zip features a fine weave of under 1 mm, which effectively protects against insects, making it easier to rest undisturbed. The model is equipped with a zip that runs around the entire hammock.

Thoughtful design

A special design allows a sleeping pad to be placed inside to maximise the user's thermal comfort. A practical pocket positioned centrally is ideal for storing small accessories, such as a torch, wallet, or phone. The set includes a case with openings on both ends, making packing and unpacking the hammock easy. When packed, it takes up minimal space and weighs just 785 g. Once folded, it occupies less space than a 1.5 litre water bottle. The construction can handle up to 275 kg, ensuring a high level of comfort.

Simple assembly system, ridge line included

The set comes with two sturdy mounting ropes that allow the hammock to be hung in various configurations. The easy assembly allows for swift adjustments of the cords if necessary. A ridge line with adjustable length from 2.90 to 3.40 m is included in the set.

I have no complaints. The hammock is great, especially in the long version. When lying diagonally, you can comfortably lie flat, and with a well-prepared suspension system, setting it up takes much less time than pitching a tent. Additionally, the mosquito net can be completely detached and put away during regular rest, which is brilliant! You can enjoy the views, and at night, just put the mosquito net back on and everything is perfect. I definitely recommend it!

Review for model:

This is already my next hammock from TigerWood, but this time I chose a bigger model. Previously, I used the Ważka V1 hammock at a length of 3 m and it was comfortable enough (I am 175 cm tall), but after switching to the Ważka V2 Long Pocket Khaki model at 3.5 m length, the comfort of sleeping and lying definitely improved. A big advantage of this model is the new way the mosquito net fastens, which I think works better. The mosquito net is fastened with a zip, which you can completely open or open from one side (right or left), or slide it open from both sides to half or three-quarters the length of the hammock, or completely remove it and store it in the pocket at the end of the hammock. This way there’s no problem with pockets for small items – you can easily hang them on the ridgeline. It’s a very practical and convenient solution. The hammock is equipped with two pockets: one on the outside and one on the inside. The suspension system is the same cords as in the Ważka V1 model, which I immediately replaced with Triplander Quick Drag straps, which I used in my previous hammock. The colour of the hammock is a nice olive green. I think it’s an excellent product at a very good price. I honestly recommend it.
