A weight vest designed for CrossFit, calisthenics or bodybuilding training. Flexible and comfortable to use. Easily and effectively allows you to intensify your exercises. Numerous panels with velcro (Velcro), allow you to attach any patches or emblems to the vest, such as a national flag or so-called Morale Patches.
The model is made of dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with an Oxford 600D weave. A Velcro-fastened pocket was added to the front, where you can store your phone, wallet, keys or other small items. The interior of the vest is lined with soft panels covered with micro mesh. The panels reduce the risk of overheating the skin during intense training.
Using the vest makes it possible to gradually increase endurance during functional training and the MURPH WOD in the men's category. The weight of the vest itself is 1.5 kg. It is possible to equip the vest with additional weight plates.
The weight plates are inserted into pockets located on the front and back panels of the vest. Both pockets are equipped with fixings (tapes and Velcro) that prevent the inserts from slipping out during exercise.
The vest offers a good fit to the body and a wide range of movement. It features adjustment with a buckle-fastened belt. As a result, it will fit most people. Evenly distributed weight and padding on the shoulders, back and chest make the vest not only functional, but also comfortable to wear.
