High quality roller characterized by increased length. It can be used to minimize muscle pain or for daily mobility training. The model is made of strong PVC and lightweight EVA foam. The plastic is sweat-resistant and easy to clean.

The massage roller is a tool that allows you to effectively break up muscle tangles. It was built to simultaneously stimulate and relax deep muscle tissue.

The design of the Spine Roller model allows you to break up large muscle groups. The external geometry, with a constriction in the middle of the roller, allows the spinal spinous processes to be bypassed, making the roller safer to use.

The roller is lightweight and easy to store. Its size was selected to fit into most workout bags.

Scope of use:
- mobility,
- rehabilitation,
- stretching.

I have tested many rollers, but none were as good as this one. The protrusions perfectly relax the muscles on the back.
