The single-person igloo tent is a lightweight alternative to the Helm Compact model, designed to reduce pack weight without compromising on durability or effective protection against rain and wind. The dome construction and use of robust materials ensure a safe night's sleep, even on demanding terrain.

The design focuses on intuitive operation and quick setup. The dual Superflex pole frame provides optimal tension for the flysheet and ensures stability, while the thoughtfully designed shape improves spatial management in both bedroom and vestibule.

The flysheet is made from Elite (Wild Country) fabric, combining 20D nylon and 20D Rip-Stop nylon. The texture achieves a waterproof rating of 4000 mm/m2, effectively blocking moisture and wind.

The groundsheet is made from 75D polyester, offering water resistance of 5000 mm/m2 along with high abrasion resistance and durability for direct ground contact. The tent interior features 20D Rip-Stop nylon, striking a balance between low weight and good mechanical strength.

The fabrics are finished with a PFC-free hydrophobic polyurethane coating. The reinforced Rip-Stop structure minimises the risk of mechanical damage spreading, significantly increasing the tent's durability during demanding use outdoors.

The igloo shape with two Superflex aluminium poles provides both rigidity and strength in various conditions. The self-supporting design allows pitching on different surfaces, and the use of advanced materials strikes a balance between weight and resilience. The Easy Pitch and Easy Pack systems significantly speed up pitching and packing.

The option to use standard trekking poles for setup reduces the amount of kit needed in the field and simplifies the full tent setup, eliminating the need to carry extra components.

The bedroom dimensions 220 x 77 x 92 cm enable a comfortable rest for one person and their essential kit. The interior offers enough space for relaxed lying down and efficient use of available space.

The design features a single entrance and a vestibule, giving you a practical space to store kit outside the bedroom. There is also a storage area behind the flysheet with access from inside, allowing you to stow extra gear and keep it in easy reach.

Mesh panels allow you to control airflow depending on the weather. This system minimises water vapour condensation, supporting a healthy microclimate inside the tent in both cold and warm nights by allowing flexible ventilation – from full circulation to partial closure to shield against strong winds.

Reflective Dyneema guy lines improve visibility in the dark and reduce trip hazards. The low weight of 1750 g and a packed size of (35 x 17 x 17 cm) make it easy to carry in a rucksack. The entire construction has been optimised for effortless carrying and efficient packing.
