Very good pouch, it works great for carrying the CAT tourniquet that I use. Unlike models with a flap closure, it allows for quick removal. Despite this, the tourniquet is well secured and there is no risk of it falling out, even during intense movement.

I bought it with the intention of carrying a SOFT. I tested plastic holders, but they're only meant for CATs, which I don't prefer (they always catch on the velcro). I also don't recommend the closed models, as opening them takes precious seconds. In this holster, the band is stable, won't fall out, but can easily and quickly be removed.

The pouch matches the description on the website and is made of durable Cordura. Thanks to compatibility with the MOLLE system, it can be attached in different ways. Once the tourniquet is inserted, it stays in place and is well secured.
