Tasmanian Tiger Modular Pack SL IRR Backpack 30 l - Stone Grey Olive
Backpack with a capacity of 30 litres featuring an adjustable Y2 carrying system. Designed for maximum capacity while maintaining a slim, low-profile form. Made from durable 700D Cordura fabric, known for its longevity.
The outer material is coated with a PFC/PFAS-free DWR, which reduces moisture absorption.
Spacious main compartment and numerous pockets
Access to the main compartment is granted through a zip, allowing it to be fully opened. The interior is equipped with numerous dividers, laser-cut MOLLE slots (Laser Cut), and velcro panels for attaching additional elements - the set includes 2 compatible pockets. The compartment contains openings for passing through an antenna or a hydration system tube.
On the front, there is a deep flat pocket for handy items. The flap features 2 pockets, one of which has an organiser. Side compression straps allow for content stabilisation and volume adjustment of the backpack.
MOLLE/PALS system, D-RINGS AND STRAPS
The surface of the backpack is covered with laser-cut MOLLE openings and PALS webbing, enabling the addition of extra pockets or pouches. Additional mounting points are provided by D-rings, allowing for attaching more equipment. The zips are finished with large straps, making them easier to use.
The backpack is made of materials with infrared emission reduction properties, which decrease its detectability by thermal imaging devices. The fabric coating suppresses infrared radiation within wavelength ranges identifiable by thermal detectors and reduces the risk of detection in night conditions or during operations in areas monitored by IRR sensors.
Adjustable Y2 carrying system with aluminium frame
The backpack is equipped with an adjustable Y2 carrying system with an aluminium frame, which stabilises the backpack and helps to distribute the weight properly. The SL (Short to Long) standard allows for adjusting the system length according to the user's height, ensuring comfort for both shorter and taller individuals.
Comfort when carrying the backpack is ensured by adjustable shoulder straps, chest strap, and hip belt with 2 pockets. The back panel is constructed from springy foam covered with breathable mesh, improving ventilation. The whole is complemented by a strong carry handle for hand carrying.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Materials with IRR (Infrared Reflective) properties are designed to maximize the absorption and minimize the mission of infrared radiation, which is important for camouflage and avoiding detection by observation devices such as night vision devices.
DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
