Very durable medical backpack. It would be useful to have one more row of PALs/MOLLE slits at the bottom on the sides. Currently there are three rows, which allows you to securely attach, for example, a pouch with a tourniquet, but a fourth row would provide even more stability for attaching a larger pocket. When filled, the backpack fits well against a plate carrier, although fitting and fastening require some effort – you need to pull the straps tight so it stays in place. Inside there are detachable pockets and a panel with Velcro and elastic, which allows you to organise the equipment excellently. Additionally, the large front pocket is suitable for storing bigger items, such as splints. The set also includes a small signalling panel. In summary – a very good backpack. Among the currently available medical models in Poland (as of 2025), the choice isn't large, and this TT is one of the more interesting options.

The 19-liter medical backpack is designed to carry and store essential first-aid supplies, and is made of damage- and abrasion-resistant 500D IRR Cordura. The distinguishing feature of this fabric is IRR certification, which confirms that all materials used in production meet the German Bundeswehr's strict criteria for IRR camouflage. This means that the product is invisible in infrared, making it ideal for soldiers and other uniformed services.
The model features a main compartment, which can be accessed by a two-way zipper. Trots on the ends allow its trouble-free operation even with gloves. Inside the backpack there is an internal panel attached with Velcro, on which adjustable bungee cords have been sewn to carry essential medical equipment, as well as integrated elastic straps.
In addition, the backpack is equipped with:
- 4 internal transparent pockets with color-coded markers and Velcro (zippered),
- an integrated internal pocket with compartments (zippered),
- a flat slip pocket on the back,
- back pocket with zipper closure,
- front zippered pocket,
- an external attachment with a buckle for scissors.
Thanks to a detachable panel and numerous Velcro straps, it is possible to conveniently personalize the interior of the backpack. In addition, the front and sides feature holes compatible with the MOLLE system, made with Laser Cut technology. They allow the attachment of additional pockets, pouches or pouches. The included two hooks allow you to attach, for example, a blanket or sleeping bag to the backpack.
The carrying system consists of detachable, wide shoulder straps lined with soft material, as well as a waist belt and chest belt. The elements are fastened with buckles and equipped with adjustability, which allows for a proper fit to the user's figure.
Retractable handles allow efficient transport of the backpack in emergency situations. Wide Velcro straps sewn on the front allow you to attach any patches or emblems.
The kit includes two adapters that allow the backpack to be attached directly to a tactical vest, as well as a brightly colored identification sheet.
