Very durable medical backpack. It would be useful to have one more row of PALS/MOLLE slots at the bottom on the sides. Currently, there are three rows, which securely allow the attachment of, for example, a pouch with a tourniquet, and a fourth row would provide even more stable attachment of a larger pocket. When filled, the backpack fits well against a plate carrier, although adjusting and fastening it takes some effort — you have to pull the straps tight for a good fit. Inside, there are detachable pockets and a panel with Velcro and elastic, which allows you to organize your equipment perfectly. Additionally, the large front pocket is good for storing bigger items, like splints. The set also includes a small signaling panel. In summary — a very good backpack. Among the currently available medical models in Poland (as of 2025), there aren't many options, and this TT is one of the more interesting ones.

The 19-liter medical backpack is crafted to store and transport essential first-aid supplies and is constructed from durable and abrasion-resistant 500D IRR Cordura. This fabric's unique feature is its IRR certification, confirming that all materials used meet the stringent IRR camouflage criteria of the German Bundeswehr, ensuring the product remains undetectable in infrared, ideal for military personnel and uniformed services.
The model includes a main compartment accessible through a two-way zipper. Trots at the ends allow easy use, even with gloves. Inside, there's an internal panel attached by Velcro, with adjustable bungee cords sewn on for carrying essential medical gear, along with integrated elastic straps.
Additionally, the backpack has:
- 4 internal transparent pockets with color-coded markers and Velcro (zippered),
- an integrated internal pocket with compartments (zippered),
- a flat slip pocket at the back,
- a back pocket with zipper closure,
- a front zippered pocket,
- an external attachment with a buckle for scissors.
Thanks to a detachable panel and numerous Velcro straps, the interior of the backpack can be conveniently customized. Furthermore, the front and sides include holes compatible with the MOLLE system, made with Laser Cut technology, allowing for the attachment of additional pockets, pouches, or bags. The supplied two hooks enable attachment of items like a blanket or sleeping bag to the backpack.
The carrying system consists of detachable, wide shoulder straps padded with soft material, along with a waist belt and chest belt. These elements are fastened with buckles and feature adjustability, allowing a proper fit to the user.
Retractable handles facilitate efficient transport of the backpack during emergencies. Wide Velcro straps on the front offer space for attaching patches or emblems.
The kit includes two adapters for directly attaching the backpack to a tactical vest, as well as a brightly colored identification sheet.
