Tasmanian Tiger Base Pack Top Load IRR Backpack 30 l - Stone Grey Olive
A tactical backpack with a capacity of 30 litres in Stone Grey Olive is suitable for tactical operations, field activities, and short survival and outdoor trips. The model is made from durable 700D Cordura with an IRR coating, distinguished by increased resistance to abrasion and tearing while also reducing detection by night vision devices. Quick access to equipment is provided by two-way zips and a stiffened top flap, while straps with plastic buckles keep the load stable.
durable 700D Cordura
The backpack is made from 700D Cordura, which offers high resistance to mechanical damage while maintaining a low overall weight. A distinctive feature of the material is the IRR certification, confirming that all raw materials used in production meet the strict German Bundeswehr requirements for IRR camouflage. In practice, this means the product is invisible in infrared, making it suitable for soldiers and other uniformed services. The inner polyurethane layer protects the fibre structure against moisture and dirt penetration, making it easier to keep equipment clean during operations in demanding terrain.
main compartment, numerous pockets, compatible with hydration system
The main compartment opens from the top with a two-way zip, placed under a stiffened flap that folds forward, making it easier to quickly check the contents and load the pack efficiently. Inside there is a large MOLLE panel made of soft velcro, allowing secure attachment of additional pouches, first aid kits, and modular organisers. The interior is complemented by flat mesh pockets located on the sides and under the flap, as well as a mounting loop for a hydration bladder with an opening for routing the tube outside. On the front there are two flat zipped pockets, while the flap features an additional external pocket for handy accessories.
carry system with hip belt and chest strap
Carrying comfort under load is ensured by a padded carry system with contoured panels covered with breathable spacer mesh, supporting airflow during movement. The adjustable shoulder straps feature a chest strap with a buckle and a height adjustment system, which helps prevent the straps from slipping during dynamic movement. The wide hip belt with softly padded wings and a buckle relieves the spine by transferring weight steadily onto the hips. At the top there is a sturdy carry handle, making it easier to lift the backpack and carry it by hand.
molle/pals system, compression straps
Carrying additional accoutrement is enabled by an extensive MOLLE/PALS webbing system arranged on the front, sides of the pack body, and the top flap. On the sides there are four adjustable compression straps fastened with buckles, allowing the backpack volume to be reduced or longer items to be attached externally. The design is complemented by integrated attachment loops for securing equipment at the bottom and on the shoulder straps. A wide velcro panel is sewn onto the front panel, suitable for attaching unit patches, medical markings, and Morale Patches.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Materials with IRR (Infrared Reflective) properties are designed to maximize the absorption and minimize the mission of infrared radiation, which is important for camouflage and avoiding detection by observation devices such as night vision devices.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
