Although this is now an older model, it still performs well. The 3D sound may not be as good as the latest Peltors, but the Sordins are still very good. My first units have been working flawlessly for 8 years now.

SordinHEAR2 sound system, two microphones
The SordinHEAR2 system ensures excellent sound quality and four audio modes (Hunting, Focus, Shooting, Comms). Two waterproof omnidirectional microphones effectively capture ambient sounds and transmit them to the integrated speakers. Harmful noise levels are reduced to 82 dB, while quiet sounds are amplified for better audibility.
Contoured neckband, step adjustment system, large buttons
The ergonomically contoured neckband is made of plastic and steel, with a durable black fabric outer layer. The step adjustment system enables precise fitting to the user's head. The foldable design makes transport and storage easier. The earcups are fitted with soft gel cushions, enhancing wearing comfort. Ideal headphones for use at a semi-open, open range, or in the woods – they work excellently. They effectively muffle any calibre up to 12mm. The active mode picks up surrounding sounds very well. However, I was a bit disappointed when using them at an indoor shooting range. When shooting .22 it's fine, but with 9x19 – the shots become distinctly noticeable. During competitions, when many people are shooting centre-fire at the same time, the comfort drops significantly. In such situations, it's better to consider a model with a higher SNR, e.g. 32.

The Sordin Supreme Pro-X Gel Neckband is already my second piece of equipment from this brand – it works brilliantly both for shooting and tactical tasks. The neckband design is the biggest advantage for those who wear helmets or other headgear. Thanks to the gel inserts, using them is very comfortable even for long hours. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

These are very solid and comfortable headphones. The gel pads allow comfortable use with a helmet for many hours without any problems. The sound is high quality, and the waterproofing means you can use them even in demanding, marine conditions.
