Comfortable and lightweight travel mattress, allowing relaxation after prolonged and exhausting hikes. It is a suitable choice for outdoor trips lasting several days, camping, kayaking trips, or long-distance cycling trips. The lightweight and compact dimensions when folded make it a practical piece of equipment for every expedition.

The Ultralight R model features a thermal insulation coefficient of R-Value 1.1, determined according to the ASTM F3340-18 standard. This parameter indicates the degree of insulation from the ground; a higher value means better heat retention.

Interpretation of R-Value in the outdoor industry:

• 1.0-2.0 - use in summer conditions (night temperature above approx. 10 deg. C)
• 2.1-3.5 - use in spring, summer, and autumn (within 0-10 deg. C)
• 3.6-5.0 - cool conditions, around 0 deg. C and negative up to approx. -5 /-10 deg. C
• 5.1-7.0 - winter use, at temperatures below 0 deg. C
• above 7.0 - demanding winter conditions with increased insulation needs.

Actual thermal comfort depends on the sleeping set (e.g. sleeping bag, clothing), type of ground, and individual user's cold tolerance.

The inner layer consists of embossed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is a flexible and damage-resistant material, additionally covered with an antibacterial coating, limiting the growth of mould and mildew in the air chambers. The outer layer is made of lightweight 40D nylon with Rip-Stop reinforcement, preventing tears. Additional polyurethane coating gives the surface anti-slip properties and allows easy spot repairs with self-adhesive patches.

The mattress is equipped with a modern system of 181 interconnected Air Sprung Cells air chambers. Such a structure enables even distribution of body weight and precise adaptation to its shape, significantly increasing sleeping comfort. The flexible cell structure reduces pressure points and improves stability during rest. The applied PillowLock system stabilises the pillow position and prevents it from shifting during sleep, enhancing user comfort.

The mattress is equipped with a wide, one-way valve, allowing quick inflation and precise hardness adjustment by inflating or partially releasing air. The valve construction prevents uncontrolled air loss. To completely release the air, simply open the valve.

When folded, the mattress reaches compact dimensions of 17 x 7.5 cm, allowing it to be easily placed in a backpack.
