Lightweight down sleeping bag made of nylon fabric, filled with goose down. Regular version with a total length of 196 cm, suitable for users up to approximately 185 cm tall. Mummy-shaped model with optimized ergonomics and excellent heat retention while providing space for a natural sleeping position. When compressed it occupies about 2.4 liters, which is important when minimizing gear space during trekking or travel.
Temperature ratings and usage conditions
The temperature ratings for the Sea To Summit Spark Regular sleeping bag, in accordance with standard EN 13537:
- T-comfort: +11 deg. C – the minimum temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: +7 deg. C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without feeling discomfort.
durable nylon material, DWR coating
The sleeping bag is made of an ultralight 10-denier nylon fabric used both in the outer shell and lining. The outer layer is coated with a PFAS-free DWR treatment, increasing resistance to moisture and limiting the penetration of vapor or light precipitation. This helps protect the insulation from moisture, which is crucial for maintaining the thermal performance of the down.
850+ goose down insulation with Ultra-Dry Down treatment
High-quality 850+ cuin goose down provides an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. High loft means that a small amount of down creates a large volume of insulating air, resulting in efficient insulation with minimal sleeping bag weight.
The down is treated with Ultra-Dry Down, a hydrophobic process that reduces moisture absorption and speeds up drying. This technology maintains insulating performance even in humid conditions without negatively affecting breathability or durability.
The down used is certified according to the RDS - Responsible Down Standard, confirming that it is sourced with animal welfare and full supply chain traceability.
YKK zipper, compression sack
The sleeping bag features a YKK zipper with a zipper plow system that minimizes the risk of fabric snagging and ensures smooth operation even with very thin fabrics. It is also compatible with the QuiltLock system for attaching a compatible quilt. The model additionally features a technical hood and a thermal zipper draft tube that protects against heat loss. Transport is made easier thanks to the included compression sack.
