Savotta S-IFAK Horizontal Mount Medical Pouch - M05 Woodland
Medical pouch in M05 Woodland camouflage for carrying an individual first aid kit in military, shooting, and field applications. Made from incredibly durable 500D Cordura, it boasts high resistance to mechanical damage and challenging terrain conditions. The pouch is mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, enabling convenient and stable carrying. A feature of note is the open design with an adjustable elastic cord and a velcro panel for medical markings. The product is compatible with the S-IFAK Insert.
500D Cordura, NIR
The pouch made from 500D Cordura provides enhanced resistance to abrasion, tears, and intensive field use. The material is characterised by good durability while maintaining a relatively low weight, which is important in tactical accoutrement. It handles harsh weather and moisture excellently, increasing its usefulness in outdoor and combat applications. The material used meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning limited visibility in the infrared range.
open construction, compact dimensions
The Horizontal Mount model features an open sleeve design without classic zips and buckles, and the content is held by an adjustable elastic cord (shock cord). The absence of a traditional main compartment with closure provides immediate access to the kit's contents. The dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, allowing for the carriage of a basic medical set.
horizontal layout, MOLLE/PALS system
The pouch is suitable for carrying in a horizontal layout, most often on the back of a belt or on accoutrement elements. It can be attached either directly onto the belt (up to 50 mm) or in the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks, or chest rigs. The front velcro panel (hook and loop) allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit emblem, or so-called Morale Patches.

M05 Woodland camouflage
The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.
The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
