Savotta S-IFAK Horizontal Mount Medical Pouch - MultiCam Tropic

Medical pouch in MultiCam Tropic camouflage, designed for carrying and storing the S-IFAK Insert first aid kit together with its contents (not included). It is made of durable 500D Cordura, ensuring high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh field conditions. A distinctive feature is the open-top design with an adjustable elastic cord and a velcro panel (hook-and-loop fastener) for attaching medical identification patches. The pouch is mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, allowing for comfortable and stable carry.

The pouch is made from 500D Cordura, a material characterised by high resistance to abrasion, tears, and intensive use in the field. This fabric stands out for its high durability with relatively low weight, which is significant in tactical accoutrement. The material handles challenging weather conditions and contact with moisture well, enhancing its practicality in outdoor and combat applications. The material used meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning reduced visibility in the infrared spectrum.

The Horizontal Mount model features an open sleeve design without traditional zippers or buckles, with the contents secured by an adjustable elastic cord (shock cord). The absence of a traditional main compartment with closure allows for immediate access to the S-IFAK Insert first aid kit (not included). The dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, allowing the carrying of a basic medical kit.

The pouch is adapted for carrying in a horizontal layout, usually on the rear of a belt or on accoutrement elements. It can be mounted both directly on a belt (up to 50 mm), and in the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks, or chest rigs. The velcro panel on the front allows for attaching various patches or emblems, e.g. national flags, unit insignias, or so-called Morale Patches.
