Savotta S-IFAK Horizontal Mount Medical Pouch - M05 Woodland

Medical pouch in M05 Woodland camouflage for carrying an individual first aid kit in military, shooting, and field applications. Made from extremely durable 500D Cordura, it features high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh field conditions. The pouch is mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, allowing for comfortable and stable carrying. A distinctive feature is the open design with an adjustable elastic cord and a velcro panel for medical markings. The product is compatible with the S-IFAK Insert.

500D Cordura, NIR

The pouch made from 500D Cordura provides increased resistance to abrasion, tears, and intense field use. The material is characterized by good durability while maintaining a relatively low weight, which is important in tactical accouterment. It withstands harsh weather conditions and moisture well, increasing its usability in outdoor and combat applications. The material used meets NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, which means limited visibility in the infrared spectrum.

open design, compact dimensions

The Horizontal Mount model has an open sleeve design without traditional locks and buckles, and the contents are held by an adjustable elastic cord (shock cord). The absence of a traditional main compartment closure provides immediate access to the first aid kit contents. The dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, allowing for carrying a basic medical kit.

horizontal arrangement, MOLLE/PALS system

The pouch is suitable for carrying in a horizontal arrangement, most often on the back of a belt or on accouterment elements. It can be attached both directly on a belt (up to 50 mm) and in the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks, or chest rigs. The velcro panel on the front allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

M05 Woodland camouflage

The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.

The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

System MOLLE feature
System MOLLE

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.

PALS system feature
PALS system

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
