Sanrenmu Series A Sharpening Stone- 2000/5000

Double-sided ceramic sharpening stone with 2000 and 5000 grits. The abrasive surface measures 18 cm by 6 cm.

- Grit 2000 is used for final honing and polishing.
- Grit 5000 is used for precise smoothing of surfaces.

The set includes a base that prevents the stone from slipping during use.

Usage instructions: Before use, soak the stone in water or apply a special sharpening oil. Place the stone on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, move it back and forth across the stone, starting from one side and then the other, applying light pressure. Maintain the proper sharpening angle (15°-30°) for the best results.
