Salewa Puez Cammino Polarlite Fleece - Faded Green

Fleece in Faded Green, designed as a lightweight insulation layer intended for trekking, hiking, and everyday outdoor activity. The fabric with a 215 g/m2 grammage provides effective thermal insulation.

The model is made of Polarlite knit fabric. The outer layer features a smooth surface, while the inner side uses a brushed structure with a distinct grid pattern. The fabric provides a favourable warmth-to-weight ratio and high breathability.

The fleece is made of technical Polarlite knit fabric, a blend of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Polyester provides low weight, durability, and quick drying. Elastane increases the stretch of the knit fabric and makes it move with the body during activity.

The 215 g/m2 grammage creates a distinct insulation layer without the effect of a heavy and stiff construction. The fleece works well on its own on cooler days or as a mid layer under a protective jacket.

The inner side of the fabric is formed into a grid pattern. Raised sections of the knit create small spaces where warmed air is retained. Lowered channels between the grid sections facilitate airflow and moisture transfer away from the skin.

The construction provides insulation in areas that require thermal protection while limiting the build-up of excess heat during movement. The outer layer of the fleece has been given a smooth, uniform structure.

There are 2 pockets on the sides, secured with zips. The closure protects the contents from falling out during walking and activity. The pockets fit a phone, keys, documents, gloves, and other small items. Their placement also allows for comfortable warming of the hands.

The front closure is a zip running the full length of the fleece. It allows quick putting on and taking off of the garment, as well as ventilation adjustment. The soft high collar protects the neck from the cold and limits the inflow of cold air. When zipped up, the fleece creates an additional insulation layer.

The bottom of the fleece and the sleeve ends are finished with elastic material. The cuffs adapt to the wrists and help keep the sleeves in the proper position. The elastic bottom edge limits the fleece from riding up during movement and helps keep warmth close to the torso.
