Very good, well-designed headlamp at an attractive price. What sets it apart most from usual Chinese models is the thoughtful construction of the on/off system. To start: it has three brightness levels, of which I most often use the first, as it gives a gentle light that does not dazzle your eyes in the dark. This mode is perfect, for example, during night fishing – when the light is too bright, it is difficult to see anything after switching it off and you have to wait for your eyes to adjust to the darkness to see normally again. This feature is also practical for looking for things in a backpack after dusk. The biggest plus is the way of switching between modes – although it is done with a single button in the following order: first click – 10% power, second – 50%, third – 100%. However, if it shines for at least 10 seconds in the lowest mode, the next press turns off the headlamp, rather than moving to the next level, which is very convenient and prevents accidental blinding. An additional advantage is the wide range of angle adjustment – you can set the lamp up or down without having to bend your head, for example when changing bait. The adjustment mechanism is stiff enough so it does not move by itself, even with sudden head movements.
