I am a beginner archer, I use a compound bow and I must admit that the trigger is useful, but I prefer to shoot without it. If someone has sensitive fingers, the trigger will certainly save a lot of pain. The trigger itself is good quality and works correctly, though in my opinion it releases too easily, just a light touch is enough.
