For a person weighing 90 kg and 183 cm tall, I recommend size L – I chose XL and it's a bit loose, I prefer more fitted underwear. Perfect for cold days in the mountains as one of the layers of clothing. Next time I will definitely choose a smaller size. I honestly recommend it.

Very comfortable to wear, perfect for outdoor workouts when it’s below 10°C. I haven't tried it under clothing yet, but I presume that at 0°C, with a fleece on top, you can easily go running or do other activities.

I've been using it for quite a while and I can say it's a really great product. It works well as the only layer during training indoors, especially when the air conditioning is working too hard. It also performs well outdoors. At temperatures from 10 to 14 degrees I wear it alone, and below 9-10 degrees, an extra layer comes in handy.
