Pentagon Elpis Mag Pouch for 2 M4/G3 magazines - Black

Adjustable pouch in black color that accommodates two large magazines. Made from damage-resistant 500D Cordura and durable 3 mm thick Kydex. Thanks to the compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system, the pouch can be mounted on tactical accouterment. Holes located on the front of the pouch made with Laser Cut technology allow for the attachment of additional pouches.

Anti-slip insert and cord safety feature

Magazines are held in the pouch via an elastic bungee-type cord, which prevents accidental magazine fall-out even during dynamic actions. Additionally, the integrated non-slip insert inside the pouch prevents it from sliding out and shifting.

Adjustability

The pouch is adjustable with a shock cord type elastic cord with a stopper, allowing adjustment of its size and retention force depending on the magazines carried. The pouch is compatible with magazines of 5.56 and 7.62 mm.

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

    The material is of high quality, and the workmanship is also very good. I also bought a single pouch from the same series and I am satisfied. A big advantage is the flexibility, which allows you to place PMAG magazines in it that are connected with a special Magpul connector. The pouch appears to be durable. For this price, it’s hard to find anything better.

    I needed a double magazine pouch for the CZ vz 58 for 7.62x39 rounds. These magazines are larger than AK ones because they are made from aluminium. Additionally, the back of the magazine has an edge that takes up extra space. Thanks to the side laces, the pouch can be stretched and fitted better. It is stiffer than fabric ones, which makes inserting and removing the magazine easier. The cut-out in the middle wall is unnecessary – at first, the magazine would sometimes catch when being taken out, but this problem no longer occurs.

    I think the price could be higher, because the product is very well made and comparable with the best on the market. The magazines stay firmly in place even without the top rubber band, and they do not fall out even with just one magazine in the pouch. Overall, I recommend it – for this price, the quality is excellent, nothing wobbles, a very sturdy product.
