Pentagon Aurora Hood Jacket - Black
A warm quilted jacket with a hood in Black color, made from strong nylon fabric, characterised by high durability and increased moisture resistance. It has synthetic filling, which is lightweight and protects against the cold. Suitable for both outdoor activities and everyday use.
Outer material and synthetic filling
The jacket features synthetic filling of the type silk sheet fiber with a grammage of 120 g/m2, making it suitable for transitional periods and milder winters. The lining is made from nylon 400T. The outer material is hydrophobic, making the jacket resistant to light rain or splashes.
High collar and hood, zipper closure
The high collar integrated with the hood effectively shields from the wind and provides comfort on chilly days. The main closure is a zipper YKK with a windproof and rainproof cover. An additional flap protects the skin from being pinched by the zipper.
Practical pockets and elastic drawstrings
The jacket is equipped with two external hip pockets with zip closure and two smaller, open internal pockets. At the bottom of the jacket and on the cuffs are drawstrings that allow adjustment to fit the silhouette. The jacket can be easily compressed and packed.

I bought this jacket as an extra layer of insulation. The jacket is extremely lightweight and keeps you warm. I am 175 cm tall, 104 cm in the chest and weigh 77 kg (without a belly) – size M is a bit too roomy for me, especially in length, although the shoulders are perfect and allow for freedom of movement. However, I like looser clothes. The midnight blue colour turned out to be a perfect choice – darker than in the photos, less military, very stylish and versatile.

Well-made jacket, quality at a good level. It's quite thin, so it's not suitable for winter. The hood is too spacious, it uses an elastic instead of a drawstring, which is too loose. A similar jacket in Pepco costs 79 PLN, looks almost the same, but is thicker and has a better elastic band in the hood.

This jacket is my go-to choice for winter days – perfect for everyday use. The size fits my figure perfectly, and the attractive price is an additional reason to buy it.

The jacket is very light and warm. Size XXL fits my figure (188 cm tall, 105 kg) and leaves a bit of room, so you can easily wear a winter fleece underneath. It did not get wet during rain, and the hood has a large surface area. I definitely recommend both the jacket and the shop!

The jacket is very well made, sizing is accurate. Previously, for two years I used the Magnum Camelon, which was much thicker, but the zip broke. I was considering buying a Texar, but a discount tempted me – I have been using the new jacket for a week now and so far everything is fine.

The jacket is light, fits well and keeps you warm. It performed well while playing in the snow with my daughter - it did not soak through. The hood is great, it moves together with your head, which is convenient (with my old jacket, I had to turn my whole body to look sideways). The downside is that the pockets are sewn from only a single thin layer of material, so I'm afraid to keep my keys there. I was worried it would be too short, but it covers the back (at 180 cm tall, size L). The vest size chart states that the vest is longer than this jacket, which is not true.
