Olight Archer Rechargeable Torch - 1000 lumens

After more than a year of use, I can confidently say it was a great purchase – the declared range matches, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. If anyone is hesitating, I truly recommend it, because this torch stands out among others.

The torch has an exceptionally strong range. Although it is a searchlight, it illuminates a large area well. It’s probably not suitable for a tent. I especially like its design – subdued, not military, which is a big plus. Operation is very simple, the holster is comfortable, everything is a plus.

I agree with the previous reviewer – you don't need thousands of lumens to see something at long distance. This torch/searchlight is great. I had no trouble spotting a beaver from 300 metres. The optics are brilliant – regardless of the distance, you get a perfect picture as if on a screen!

This torch is a powerhouse – it shines in a focused way, but it doesn’t make a small dot, instead it creates a large 'screen', so the illuminated objects look as if they are displayed on a screen, not just lit by a torch.

A great searchlight! You have to remember that this is a device for searching, so it’s not suitable for a tent, even in the 5 lm mode. The reduced price really encourages you to buy it!

Super torch, exactly what I needed. Walking back through the forest, I can see everything at a great distance. I easily spot wild animals, which are appearing more and more lately, and you can scare them away a bit.

I took a long time to decide whether to buy this torch. I already have a few with different power and range, but I was looking for a searchlight that would shine steadily, without a significant drop in brightness after a short time. This torch does exactly that – from switching on to moon mode, it shines almost equally strongly. The light is fantastic, you can illuminate a building 400 metres away almost as if it were daytime. A fantastic torch.

An interesting torch, it looks very neutral. The light is strong and even. It has few modes, making it intuitive and easy to use. It's great for longer, planned outings.

It's a specialist torch, very solidly built with high quality light. I added some rubber bands from an Olight bike set because the casing is very smooth. I also attached an Olight lanyard.

I hesitated for a long time whether a narrow, focused light beam would be practical. It turned out to be better than I expected. The light stream is even and has good range.

A very good, although perhaps underrated, torch. Maybe it's because of the neutral appearance, the lack of tactical features and the huge number of lumens in the description. I also have the SII R2, which works great for everyday use and roadside assistance at work. This torch is more for fun as it shines further and has a more focused beam – ideal for searching around a clearing or lake. Highly recommended.

The torch lights up very well. The battery lasts a long time. The only downside - it's slippery and may fall out of your hand. The handle is loose, so I had to wrap it with insulating tape. There's also no hole for a lanyard.
