If someone has ever eaten well-prepared pork tenderloin, they will immediately notice the difference. The meat here was completely unseasoned, a large piece was dry inside and not juicy. Maybe pieces used were too big, because I’ve eaten smaller ones before and they were much better, not dried out. It would taste better if there was more sauce – the portion was minimal. I found only 5 chanterelles, yet the meat was supposed to be with chanterelles – that’s a bit much. The price is definitely too high for such a dry and tasteless dish.
