Mil-Tec US Style 2-Pcs Modular Sleeping Bag
Two-piece mummy sleeping bag inspired by US Army gear. The design is made from durable polyester reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave, featuring a robust outer shell and warm filling.
Temperature range and recommended usage environment
The temperature ratings for the US Style sleeping bag have been determined in accordance with ISO 23537-1:2022:
- T-comfort: -5°C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night
- T-limit: -11°C – the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep all night without feeling cold
- T-extreme: -31°C – the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. Standard use at this temperature is not recommended.
Polyester construction and soft lining
Outer material made from Rip-Stop polyester with a waterproof coating. The interior is lined with soft polyester fabric for added comfort. Both sections – the inner and outer sleeping bag – are joined with snaps and velcro strips and can also be used separately.
Polyester filling
Synthetic polyester insulation with a grammage of 150 g/m2 in the outer layer and 200 g/m2 in the inner layer keeps the sleeping bag lightweight while providing effective protection from the cold.
Right-side zip with protective flap
The equipment includes a double-sided zip positioned on the right side, secured with a velcro flap. Inside, there is a protective strip that prevents the fabric from getting caught in the zip and helps retain warmth.
Integrated hood for thermal protection
Anatomically designed hood offers additional protection against heat loss from the head. The drawstring allows you to minimise heat loss and enjoy comfort on cold nights. The internal thermal collar effectively reduces the flow of cold air into the sleeping bag.
Ease of transport and storage
The design makes carrying and storage easy. Once packed, the sleeping bag measures 56 x 32 x 35 cm and weighs 3310 g, making it convenient to carry.

Very good product, tested in practice. When using the third layer (Gore-Tex) there is no need for a tent or a tarp.
