The carabiner matches the stated description. I bought it to secure lightweight gear placed in the outer pockets of a backpack against falling out. Primarily for attaching a cap, securing a water bottle, and securing a knife against theft and loss. The screw lock and spring mechanism are fully functional; I only recommend putting a tiny drop of oil into the lock so it will not squeak on the dry thread and the lock will be easier to handle. I recommend this product as functional supplementary equipment.

Carabiners made from lightweight aluminium, finished in a woodland camouflage pattern, are fitted with an additional safety feature to prevent accidental opening – a special cap fitted over the lever effectively locks the mechanism. They make it easy to quickly attach accouterments, and their non-slip surface ensures a secure grip even when wearing gloves.
Note
They are not suitable for climbing belaying or other applications requiring high load-bearing capacity.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it's well made. A big plus is the locking option thanks to the screw. Sturdy for securely fastening a tarp or extra shoes to the backpack. I recommend it.

You can never have too many carabiners, they can be used in many ways depending on your imagination. Additionally, they are light and in greater numbers they don't clink like bells when running.
