Tactical IFAK first aid kit in Olive, equipped with Leina-Werke GmbH brand supplies. Made from durable 700D polyester with a PU coating, providing abrasion resistance and protection against moisture. Design with Quick-Draw system allows the user to quickly open the kit, gaining instant access to the contents in emergency situations. 700D Polyester material, PU coating
The first aid kit is made from durable 700D polyester, resistant to mechanical damage during use in harsh terrain conditions. The exterior of the fabric is protected with a PU coating protecting against moisture and dirt. Reinforced stitching and solid finishing increase the durability of the construction, which is crucial for outdoor and tactical applications.
Quick-Draw system, internal organiser
The construction of the first aid kit uses a Quick-Draw system, enabling immediate opening with one hand. Two red handles allow for quick extraction of the medical module even in limited visibility or emergency situations. The internal pocket features Velcro fastening and an elastic band system to stabilise contents, facilitating the organisation of medical supplies and preventing movement during transport. Side elastic bands allow volume adjustment and better fit of the contents to the carried equipment.
Velcro panel on the front, MOLLE system compatibility
The front of the first aid kit features a laser-cut Velcro panel designated for attaching identification patches and medical markings. The kit includes a quick-detachable mounting panel compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing easy attachment to tactical vests, backpacks, belts or other equipment. Stable snap fastenings ensure secure holding of the kit during dynamic actions while enabling quick detachment of the entire module if necessary.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
