This is my first first aid kit. The mounting is stable, it can be easily attached to your gear and quickly removed when needed. The opening mechanism is efficient and quick. The contents include only the most necessary items, but there is plenty of extra space for additional equipment. I hope it serves me for a long time and that I never have to use it.

Fully equipped IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) rip away first aid kit made of durable polyester with waterproof PVC coating. All equipment is manufactured by Leina-Werke Gmb.
The first aid kit has been equipped with quick opening system based on Velcro and two zippers. Laser-Cut holes located on the front allow attaching additional equipment. Rear straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system allow attaching the carrier to a belt, tactical vest, backpack or other elements of the equipment. Velcro panels allow attaching any emblems such as a national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
The red-colored transport handle allows to locate the first aid kit faster in an emergency situation.

Great, compact first aid kit to attach to a tactical belt. The contents are quite basic and I’d treat it as a starting point to customise for your own needs. Nevertheless, it’s a good base for a practical range first aid kit. The pull tab allows for quick opening, and there’s Velcro too – everything you need! I recommend it.

A small first aid kit for minor injuries at a very favourable price. It contains a complete set for providing first aid and dressing wounds that are not life-threatening. The kit is well thought-out and solidly made. It should not be used as a trauma kit for serious, life-threatening injuries. I recommend both the product and the shop.

The first aid kit is attractively priced, considering its contents. The build quality is also at a good level, but it’s worth remembering that this is a smaller model.

I carry it with my backpack every day – it's very convenient, easy to quickly detach and reattach. The workmanship is of a high standard. The contents include everything necessary for a basic first aid kit. I once needed it when dressing a friend's cut leg during manoeuvres. Thanks to the Velcro, everything went quickly and smoothly. I honestly recommend it.

The first aid kit has a large capacity. On the back, it is equipped with a detachable Molle mounting system, allowing it to be attached to Velcro, a bulletproof vest, a belt, or a backpack. Inside, there are lots of compartments for essential items and medical supplies. I definitely recommend it.

Bought as an addition to the main IFAK, and it serves this purpose well. As a standalone IFAK, it would be too small, but it is excellent for storing dressings.

It is very comfortable to use – easy to take off, open, and access the inside quickly. The material seems solid and durable; it doesn’t look like a product for just a few uses. The straps for attaching to the MOLLE system are quite stiff and have something like rubber inside. Downsides: for me, there are too few attachment points, but for storing items for bleeding control, it is just right, and the opening system is very good. If you put more than two 100 ml bottles inside, it all becomes swollen. There are no handles on the sides – to attach longer items and stretch it to the sides you need to use two elastic bands.
