Perhaps after some time it will start working more smoothly. One downside, however, is that there is no way to permanently set the belt length, so from time to time it has to be tightened again.

I highly recommend this product. At this price – 30 PLN – you can't have any complaints, provided you use it as a regular belt for trousers. However, the cotton strap will not work as a tactical belt. This is already my second such belt and, from experience, I know that the version made of synthetic material would be more durable, while cotton wears out and gets fluffy quickly.
