At this price, really decent. I bought it mainly to attach a patch and to store small items within reach. Also, I count the elastic bands on the open pocket and the D-ring sewn on the side as a plus.

The administration panel is made of durable and abrasion-resistant polyester. It is equipped with one Velcro-fastened pocket and a cargo pouch next to for smaller items.
An elastic cord has been threaded along its top edge, allowing you to organize and secure the gear you carry. On the side of the panel is a D-ring for attaching additional equipment.
The front features a velcro panel that allows attaching any patches or emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
The panel is equipped with two vertical PALS webbing with snaps allowing mounting on belts, backpacks or tactical vests with the MOLLE system.

A very practical panel for small items. High quality workmanship and a reasonable price. An additional advantage is the Velcro space for ID patches. I recommend it for use with tactical vests.

The smaller pocket is perfect for a folding knife or multitool, and the larger one can hold various small items. Additionally, the side handle is great for a carabiner or mounting a PTT.

An interesting gadget, but I really have no idea what I could use it for – the only thing I came up with was attaching some kind of mood-boosting patch to it :).
